Alibaba Holidays Travel Service Provider India – Terms and Policies

1. Booking and Payment Terms
   All bookings are subject to availability.

A non-refundable deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm reservations.

Full payment must be made before the specified due date; failure may result in automatic cancellation.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other approved methods. Additional charges may apply for specific payment modes.

2. Cancellation Policy
   2.1 By the Customer
   Cancellation before 30 days of departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

Cancellation between 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

Cancellation within 15 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

No-show cases: No refund will be provided.

Exceptional cases (flights, hotels, visas): Non-refundable bookings will follow supplier policies.

2.2 By Alibaba Holidays
The company reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).

In case of cancellation by the company, customers will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements (subject to mutual agreement).

3. Refund Policy
   Refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days from the cancellation request date.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Processing fees or bank charges may apply.

4. Travel Documents & Visa Responsibility
   Customers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

Alibaba Holidays is not liable for visa rejections or delays by embassies/consulates.

Visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted.

5. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
   Alibaba Holidays shall not be liable for cancellations/delays due to events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, etc.).

In such cases, refunds (if any) will be issued per supplier policies.

6. Travel Insurance
   Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and losses.

7. The company is not responsible for any uninsured losses. Liability & Limitations

Like other travel agencies, Alibaba Holidays is merely an agent of the customers and of the service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).

The travel agency does not bear any responsibility for accidents, injuries, thefts, or damages that may occur during the trip.

Customers are bound by the local laws; such as any illegal acts will engage an instant cancellation without refund of the services contract.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

All such issues will be dealt with the courts in [Company’s Registered City, India].

The customers shall first attempt to resolve the issues mutually before approaching the legal route.

9. Amendments to Terms

These conditions can be adjusted at any time without calculations beforehand by aliases holidays.

Reservations made with aids of aliases holidays acknowledge and accept that the terms and conditions provided are agreed to.
